Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

To return the items, please send an email to info@earthgrounding.us with the order number, and return instructions will be provided. 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will review and handle it within 2 to 4 business days. Refunds are usually credited back to your account within 5 to 30 business days, depending on your payment provider. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

All merchandise returned to EarthGrounding must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. if the original packing is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the items are well protected. The return address will vary based on products, but will be included in the return label. 

Please be aware that these items are intended for personal use and must be returned in their complete original packaging (new or unused, with all original labels still attached.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Used items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, are subject to a $15 restock fee (for grounding mats) and/or $35 restock fee (for grounding bedsheets) and are not eligible for a full refund.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@earthgrounding.us.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
