STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed the next business day after purchase.

Delivery times:

- The United States: Estimated delivery is between 3–7 business days.

- International Orders (Canada, Europe, etc.): Estimated delivery is between 6–12 business days.

ONCE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MONITOR YOUR SHIPMENT. If your package is confirmed lost or undelivered by the carrier, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No specific delivery time is guaranteed. EarthGrounding is not liable for delays with packages shipped via this method. If the delivery time is more than 21 days due to any unexpected situation, we will offer a EarthGrounding voucher worth 20% off for the next order. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or holidays. Orders are typically processed the next business day after purchase but please allow up to 3–7 business days for processing during busy periods.
